Changing Seasons: Discover what's next for OZ-Hami.
New beginnings, stronger connections and exciting developments.
As the seasons change, so does OZ-Hami. From a renewed management team and innovative digital platforms to our upcoming Trade Fair presence and exclusive customer event, discover how we're embracing change while staying committed to connecting the international flower industry.
A season of change at OZ-Hami.
In the flower industry, every season brings something new. From the first spring flowers to the rich colours of autumn, change is part of what makes our industry so dynamic. At OZ-Hami, we're embracing that same spirit of change. While our commitment to quality flowers, reliable logistics and personal service remains unchanged, we're taking important steps to make working with OZ-Hami even easier, faster and more accessible for our international customers. This autumn, we're celebrating these developments together with the people who make our business possible: our customers, growers and partners.
A new digital experience.
One of the biggest developments at OZ-Hami is the introduction of our renewed digital platforms. Our new website offers a fresh look at who we are, what we do and how we connect the international flower industry. Alongside it, our new employee app will improve internal communication and keep our teams connected. For our customers, we've introduced a new webshop and mobile webapp, designed to make ordering flowers easier and more efficient, wherever they are in the world. With improved navigation, a more accessible ordering experience and useful features such as invoice and balance information, our digital platforms are built around the needs of professional flower buyers. During the Trade Fair, visitors will have the opportunity to discover the new webshop through live demonstrations and experience its possibilities firsthand.
New leadership, shared ambitions.
Changing Seasons also reflects an important transition within our management team. After 33 years of dedication, Sales Manager Onno Piet is saying goodbye to OZ-Hami. His departure marks the beginning of a new chapter, with Rudger Piet stepping into the position of Commercial Manager. John van de Polder will take on the role of Operations Manager, while Roy van der Voort becomes our new Purchasing Manager. With these changes, we continue building on our experience while strengthening the collaboration between purchasing, sales and logistics.
Our ambition remains the same: connecting growers and professional flower buyers worldwide through expertise, personal service and reliable flower export solutions.
Celebrating connections at our customer event.
Beyond technology and organisational developments, one thing remains at the heart of OZ-Hami: personal relationships. During our exclusive customer event, we'll bring together customers, partners and colleagues from across the international flower industry to celebrate our partnerships and look ahead to the future. One of the highlights of the evening will be a live floral demonstration by Franka Roenhorst, Dutch Flower Arranging Champion and fifth-place finisher at the 2025 World Championships. Through her creativity, craftsmanship and practical floral design techniques, Franka will showcase the possibilities of working with flowers and provide inspiration for floral professionals. It promises to be an evening of inspiration, connection and celebration.
Different seasons, the same commitment.
As a Dutch flower exporter based in Aalsmeer, OZ-Hami understands that adapting to change is essential in the international flower industry. Markets evolve, customer needs change and technology creates new opportunities. By investing in our people, digital platforms and partnerships, we're preparing for the future while staying true to what matters most.
The seasons may change, but our commitment remains: delivering quality flowers, sharing our expertise and connecting the world through flowers. We look forward to welcoming our customers and partners during the Trade Fair and celebrating this new chapter together.
