Invoicing Coordinator
Are you sharp on details, do you get energy from creating structure, and do you want to do more than just keep day-to-day operations running? Then this is your chance, as Invoicing Coordinator, to help build a department that is ready for the future. At OZ-Hami, we are looking for someone with ambition, ownership and the drive to make processes smarter, faster and better.
About OZ-Hami
What could be better than working with the most beautiful flowers in the world? At OZ-Hami, one of the largest flower exporters in the Netherlands, we get to enjoy this every day. We love sharing our passion for flowers with everyone: from colleagues to growers. And we successfully pass it on to flower wholesalers and florists in more than 50 countries. Together you get further than alone, and with this motto we form a strong team in which everyone can flourish.
What you will do
In this role, you make sure that invoices, export documents and the related administrative processes run smoothly and correctly. You are the point of contact for the invoicing team and liaise daily with sales, planning, accounts receivable, KCB, customs and the Chamber of Commerce (KvK), among others. At the same time, you look beyond today: where can processes improve, how do we keep the overview, and how do we make sure the department is ready for growth?
You get room to take responsibility and make an impact. Think of:
- Coordinating and preparing transport, export and customs documents.
- Drawing up and checking invoices based on shipments, regulations and price agreements.
- Creating a clear daily schedule and dividing the work within the team.
- Identifying bottlenecks and thinking along about improvements in processes and collaboration.
- Coordinating with colleagues in sales, planning, accounts receivable and external bodies.
- Keeping invoicing data, transport rates and relevant customer information up to date.
- Resolving daily questions and ad hoc situations, while keeping the overview and staying calm.
Who you are
You are someone who likes to take responsibility and does not wait for someone else to take the initiative. You work accurately, keep the overview and enjoy building a strong department together with colleagues. Perhaps you already have experience in administration, invoicing, logistics or export documentation. But more importantly: you are eager to learn, a strong communicator and have the ambition to develop both yourself and the department further.
You also bring:
- A completed education, preferably in financial administration;
- MBO-level work and thinking ability;
- Good command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written;
- Good command of Excel;
- Some experience in a similar position is an advantage;
- A proactive and solution-oriented attitude.
What we offer
A position of 32-40 hours per week within a growing organisation in floriculture, where you get the chance to really think along and help build.
You can count on:
- A challenging job with a market leader in the floriculture industry;
- A salary of up to €3,560 in line with your work experience, with the prospect of a permanent contract;
- Extra reward for positive results;
- Training and development opportunities;
- An international, dynamic working environment with enthusiastic colleagues;
- Travel allowance of €0.25 per kilometre, calculated from the first kilometre, up to a maximum of 50 km one way;
- An active staff association to get to know your colleagues even better;
- €50.00 on your birthday to buy yourself a nice present;
- Room for your ideas and expertise to make a real impact.
