Logistics Employee – Distribution
A logistics employee in distribution at OZ-Hami is the all-rounder of the company. In the morning, you make sure all orders in the cold store are picked and go onto our legendary 4.5 km long conveyor line. With music in the background, you pick the most diverse flowers and give them a customer-specific label. In the afternoon, when the picking process is finished, the stock needs to be counted and you lend a hand with other colleagues in another department!
What you will do
As a multitasker, with music in the background, you work as follows in our cold store:
- You pick orders and place them on our internal conveyor belt system;
- You safeguard stock reliability (counting);
- You support other departments to get the orders complete on time.
What you bring
As a logistics employee in distribution, we expect you to:
- Be accurate (picking the right quantities and flowers);
- Be eager to learn;
- Be flexible in your working hours. Working on Sundays is occasionally part of the job, but thanks to a clear schedule you always know where you stand;
- Speak Dutch; being able to communicate in English is a big plus.
