The emphasis here is on countries in which Dutch Flower Group (DFG) companies operate, with a focus on connected community projects. OZ-Hami believes that employees who enjoy their work, can take responsibility and work within a transparent organization will develop better. We therefore want to create a safe and pleasant working environment in which they can do just that.
