Sustainability within OZ-Hami.<\/em><\/h1>\n

Corporate Social Responsbility (CSR) is an important core value within OZ-Hami. As part of Dutch Flower Group, we belong to a group that has been committed to a more sustainable floriculture supply chain since its founding in 1999. <\/strong><\/p>\n

Sustainability Strategy.<\/strong><\/h2>\n

We strive to contribute to a positive impact in terms of transparency within the floriculture chain, people within our value chain, our planet as well as long-term cooperation with both our partners and our employees.<\/p>\n

Within OZ-Hami, we adopt the Dutch Flower Group sustainability strategy called; IMPACT25.<\/p>\n

This strategy focuses on 3 areas:<\/p>\n

  • Improving transparency within our value chain<\/li>\n
  • Empowering people to improve their livelihoods<\/li>\n
  • Reducing our impact on the environment, for future generations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\n<\/section>\n

    Guided by this strategy, we have three main objectives, which we collectively aim to achieve by 2025:<\/p>\n

      Dutch Flower Foundation.<\/strong><\/h2>\n

      Making life colourful from the heart<\/h3>\n

      Dutch Flower Foundation (DFF) aims to improve the living conditions and well-being of people in need, especially children. The emphasis here is on countries in which Dutch Flower Group (DFG) companies operate, with a focus on connected community projects. Through DFF’s activities, DFG fulfills its responsibility for the world we live in.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n \n

      Sustainable employability<\/h3>\n

      Our employees are the heart of our organization. OZ-Hami believes that employees who enjoy their work, can take responsibility and work within a transparent organization will develop better. We therefore want to create a safe and pleasant working environment in which they can do just that.
