Corporate Social Responsbility (CSR) is an important core value within OZ-Hami. As part of Dutch Flower Group, we belong to a group that has been committed to a more sustainable floriculture supply chain since its founding in 1999.
Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is an essential part of our identity and within the strategy of Dutch Flower Group and its companies.
Sustainability Strategy.
We strive to contribute to a positive impact in terms of transparency within the floriculture chain, people within our value chain, our planet as well as long-term cooperation with both our partners and our employees.
Within OZ-Hami, we adopt the Dutch Flower Group sustainability strategy called; IMPACT25.
This strategy focuses on 3 areas:
- Improving transparency within our value chain
- Empowering people to improve their livelihoods
- Reducing our impact on the environment, for future generations
Our goals for 2025.
Guided by this strategy, we have three main objectives, which we collectively aim to achieve by 2025:
- Increasing the number of certified growers we work with
- Organizing and reducing our waste streams
- Improving employee engagement & encouraging charitable initiatives
Dutch Flower Foundation.
Making life colourful from the heart
Dutch Flower Foundation (DFF) aims to improve the living conditions and well-being of people in need, especially children. The emphasis here is on countries in which Dutch Flower Group (DFG) companies operate, with a focus on connected community projects. Through DFF’s activities, DFG fulfills its responsibility for the world we live in.
