Where do you want to work
OZ-Hami is a large company with a lot of departments, spread over two locations. One location in Aalsmeer and one location in Westland. On this page, you can read more about the structure at both of our locations, to give you more insight into how the company works. For example, you can easily check the department that your dream job is a part of, and where you will fit into our amazing team.
This is where it all goes down
Our locations in Westland and Aalsmeer both have an office department and a logistics department, each with diverse components that work closely together.
For example, Purchase and Logistics make sure that flowers come in and are processed every day, while Sales and Marketing are constantly working on selling these flowers to clients all over the world! And none of this would be possible without our ICT, Finance or Management departments, which make sure that we can comfortably keep doing what we do best.
You can do flexible work at both locations, or always do the same work at one locations. Of course we can always talk about what suits you best and which department would be the perfect fit!
Working at the office
The offices in Aalsmeer and Westland are always bustling with activity. This is where the whole world comes together. Purchase, sales, administration or marketing: every function makes a difference for the work of florists in over fifty countries every day. And we speak every language: Russian, French, Italian, you name it!
Thanks to the close collaboration between teams and colleagues, we can make sure that the export process will go smoothly from start to finish, and we’re always striving for improvement. And we do so as one. As an employee at OZ-Hami you are indispensable, no matter what your function is. Together, we colour the world.
Working in logistics
If you work in logistics at OZ-Hami, you play an essential part in the export of hundreds of thousands of flowers for over 160 clients every day. Whether you are a cart builder or an order picker: for us and our partners the work you do is extremely important.
You always do your work in close, fun teams. You and your colleagues know exactly how to make our customers happy, with results that only OZ-Hami can deliver. With room to learn, or ‘just’ have a fun time every now and then. Because OZ-Hami is about doing it together. Bustle or no bustle, in the morning or in the evening: our teams are there for each other!
